You will start by you going beyond the Cerisier corridor, giving you an experience that really puts you in the mood!

You will leave from the highest point of the resort at the Pic Blanc at 3,330m.
After seeing the resort at 360° and feeling that you have reached the top of the world, the first part of the journey sees you tackle the famous Sarenne. This is a piste known worldwide for being very demanding. Then the corridor of the Cerisier is yours!

A forgotten, extremely steep corridor that only accepts very good skiers!

The 'First Corridor' programme details

The success of this trip will depend on weather conditions.
If conditions require adjustments or suspension of this programme we will notify you the day before.
DVA initiation mandatory if not used to it !
The morning
  • See you at 8:45am at the esf Grandes Rousses.
  • Safety is a priority! Distribution of safety equipment before departure and preparation for the outing: snow conditions, weather etc..
  • Departure at 9.00am towards the Pic Blanc cable car to reach the summit at 3,330m.
  • We descend the first part of the Sarenne run and then the track of Cassini towards the refuge of the GUC.
  • We then climb the ridge for about 30 minutes to reach the top of the Corridor of Cerisier.
  • Descend to the east side of Cerisier Lake.
  • Return back to the esf office at noon.
