This is the ideal course for your first experience of a long and easy off piste experience. 

Take a trip in powder snow either alone, with family or with friends and you will learn to make your mark in the wilderness of the mountains!

You will meet at the top at an altitude of 3060m where the experience begins and the explanation of what the course entails takes place.
Once initiated your experience starts with a few turns to get your legs working. You then escape very quickly off the crest of the Herpie and access the Côtes de Rivets.
This place is legendary as you are on the route of Sarenne, the longest black run in the world!

Together, we will perfect your technique so that this 'first ride' programme is a moment of pure pleasure!

The 'first ride' programme details

The success of this trip will depend on weather conditions. If conditions require adjustments or suspension of this programme we will notify you the day before.
DVA initiation mandatory if not used to it !
The morning
  • Meet at 9:00am at esf Bergers.
  • Safety is a priority! Distribution of safety equipment before departure and preparation for the outing: snow conditions, weather etc..
  • Departure at 9:15am in the direction of the cable cars to reach Marmotte 3.
  • Arrive at an altitude of 3060m. After 300m of track on the Cristallière, we chain valons and plateaus. It is impossible to describe precisely this course as the possibilities are numerous!
  • We leave to arrive back to the station at noon.
