Programme details
The Ladies Camp provides the opportunity for a tailor-made program, designed in collaboration with the instructors to match the desires of each participant and the current conditions.
Day 1
- Meet at 9:30 at ESF Grandes Rousses
- A quick update to prepare the route and equipment
- Ascent in snowshoes towards the Lacs Plateau via the DMC 1 to complete a loop and admire Lake Besson and the panoramic view of the valley.
Day 2
- Meet at 9:30 at ESF Grandes Rousses
- A quick update to prepare the route and equipment
- Introduction to the classical cross-country technique in the beginner area
- Ascent towards Poutran
Day 3
- Meet at 9:30 at ESF Grandes Rousses
- Depart for the biathlon stadium on skis
- First approach to the equipment and shooting basics
- Group challenge at the end of the morning
- Return to ESF Grandes Rousses for 12:00
