In partnership with Black Diamond Luxury Spa, the ESF in Alpe d'Huez offers three days of well being, pampering and back to nature. A program perfectly suited to fitness, relaxation, and to forget the usual routine and enjoy the activities offered in the resort.

Each morning, rejuvenate with massage treatments in preparation for the activities proposed later in the day. In the afternoon, programs suitable for all will allow you to maintain your shape, in the beautiful nature and scenic mountains. By providing just the right amount of physical effort, you can take the time to breathe and fill up with positivity!

Relaxation, gentleness and well-being are at the heart of this exceptional program.

The 'Mountain SPA Dettox' programme details...

The success of this program will depend on the weather conditions. If conditions require adjusting or suspension of this programme, we will notify you the day before.
The 3 days
  • Every morning, visit the Black Diamond Luxury Spa for one hour of treatment: a detox massage, an inner calm massage or inner beauty facial, a detox wrap. Then a drink of your choice.
  • First afternoon on your programme: Time Travel
    Meet at the hotel at 2:15 pm This easy-snowshoe hike takes you into the landscapes of those who helped develop Alpe d'Huez in the 12th century. A journey retracing the living conditions of the villagers. Return to the hotel at 5 pm
  • Second afternoon on your programme: Initiation Meet at the hotel at 2:15 pm This ski tour takes you to the west side of the domain, at the Radar, you'll discover nature at its best: take the tracks to cross forests, small valleys, ridges, beautiful slopes. Return to the hotel at 5 pm
  • Third afternoon, your program: Between two lakes Meet at the hotel at 14:15. You are at 2,100 m above sea level and on this large plateau of lakes, you explore peaceful expanses. Popular with hikers in summer, the hiking lakes offer equally great emotions in winter ... Return to the hotel at 5 pm.
